"The first discussion will be Tuesday in Atlanta in conjunction with the 2009 National HIV Prevention Conference. Others will follow in Washington, New York, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, Houston, Albuquerque, N.M., Jackson, Miss., Fort Lauderdale, Minneapolis, Columbia, S.C. ; Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the White House said" (Rhee, "Political Intelligence," Boston Globe, 8/21).
